• If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper or reckless use, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

• The customer is liable for any errors due to incorrect ordering of products. If any incorrect information is provided then Chota Pakoda will not be responsible for replacing or correcting the order.

•  If we cancel your order due to product being out of stock, we will refund your entire amount to your charged card.

• We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

• We try to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, however, occasionally an error may occur and products may be incorrectly priced. In such an instance we will inform you about the correct price and only confirm the order once the correct amount is payed.

• All items will be delivered within 3-15 days of order confirmation.

• Although we will make every effort to respond quickly to applicable email messages, Mia Cat Products is under no obligation to respond, or maintain your submitted comments in confidence, or to pay compensation of any kind for your comments or submissions.
